After months of speculation, it’s on! Pearl Jam will return to the road this spring, playing shows across North America.
The trek launches April 8 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., at the BBTN Center with shows booked through a May 10 finale at Toronto’s Air Canada Center. However, there are still a few other shows of note after that tour leg winds down.
The band will presumably be one of the headlining acts at Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tenn. on June 9. Plus they’ve also booked a pair of performances at baseball stadiums this summer. They’ll play Aug. 5 and 7 at Boston’s Fenway Park and will take over Chicago’s Wrigley Field Aug. 20 and 22. And knowing how big of a Chicago Cubs fan Eddie Vedder is, those latter two dates should be huge for group.
In addition to Bonnaroo, the band’s spring touring schedule includes an appearance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, marking the only other festival show on their 2016 itinerary so far.
The band’s Ten Club fan club members can already take part in a pre-sale of tickets. Meanwhile, regular public on sales start Jan. 29 in select markets on the run. Keep an eye out here for additional ticketing information.
