As the minutes tick down on 2015, Bobaflex have one more show left. But the veteran rockers won’t be taking a breather after the calendar hits 2016. In fact, they’ll be right back at it on New Year’s Day and throughout the month of January, sharing stages with Orgy.
The band will perform in San Leon, Texas tonight for their New Year’s Eve show, then travel down the road to Dallas to kick off 2016 tomorrow. At present, they have shows booked through Jan. 30 in Las Vegas.
“The Orgy tour is the first of many shows in the new year,” says Marty McCoy. “2016 will be our busiest year in the band’s history.” Joining Bobaflex and Orgy on the run will be Death Valley High.
The group is hitting the ground running in 2016. They released their Anything That Moves album back in July, featuring the single “Mama (Don’t Take My Drugs Away).” They’ve targeted Jan. 12 to send their new single “A Spider in the Dark” to radio. Get a listen to the track here, and look for an official music video to follow shortly. Look for more touring announcements coming from Bobaflex soon.
