Video: GUNS N’ ROSES Tour Bus Breaks Down On Way To COACHELLA

According to TMZ.com, GUNS N’ ROSES‘ tour bus broke down on Interstate 10 in Fontana, California just hours head of the band’s appearance at the Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival. The GN’R musicians weren’t on the bus at the time — the vehicle was en route to pick them up in Indio, California. The necessary repairs were made and the bus went on its way.

According to The Pulse Of Radio, Coachella has come a long way since its inception 17 years ago. After five years of struggling to just break even (it actually lost $1 million its first year), the annual festival is now an A-list must-go for Hollywood stars, fashionistas and diehard music fans alike.

This year, a sell-out audience of 100,000 was expected to attend each day, which has morphed into a spring rite of passage, spread out over six days.

The demographics of the show have shifted, but the stunning setting in the desert remains the same. This year, selfie sticks are outlawed and 324 indoor toilets have been installed, which anyone with a general admission ticket can access. And no one will go hungry: the foodies have prevailed, bringing in heavy hitters from L.A.’s dining scene, including Roy Choi’s Commissary, Guerrilla Tacos, Blue Bottle Coffee and McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams.
Can’t go, but still want to play in the sun? Coachella has introduced a new virtual reality app to digitally drop fans into the festivities. Plus there’s the Coachella YouTube channel with live streaming, and, of course, nonstop social media updates.
