Former ALL THAT REMAINS bassist Jeanne Sagan has joined CROSSING RUBICON, the Connecticut hard rock band fronted by her fiancé, lead vocalist Scotty Anarchy (a.k.a. Scott Wawrzyniak).
CROSSING RUBICON’s new album, “No Less Than Everything”, will be released in early 2016. The CD’s first single, “Unhinged”, can be streamed below.
Anarchy had this to say about the new track: “Ever had one of those days when you wanted to punch someone in the head and crush their skull? Yeah, well, this is what the song is about.”
CROSSING RUBICON is known for its intense touring schedule, which has included dates with the likes of MÖTLEY CRÜE, QUEENSRŸCHE, CROSSFADE, NONPOINT, SAVING ABEL, POP EVIL, REV THEORY, TANTRIC and BEATALLICA. The band’s sound is described in a press release as “a throwback to metal of the ’80s and early ’90s mixed with modern rock.”
CROSSING RUBICON was formed in 2009 by Anarchy. The group’s current lineup is rounded out by guitarists Zach Lambert and Steven Riccio, and drummer Brandi Hood.
CROSSING RUBICON’s debut EP, “In Pains Of Sleep”, came out in 2012.
Sagan left ALL THAT REMAINS in September to pursue personal interests. She has since been replaced by Aaron Patrick (BURY YOUR DEAD, DEVILDRIVER).
